4 of February – World Cancer Day

Celebrated today the World Cancer Day is a good opportunity to think about preventive treatment! Let’s remember that breast cancer, as well as cervix cancer, are diseases, which can be detected at an early stage of the development, due to regular preventive tests.

Mammography is the most successful method of breast cancer prevention. Cytology in turn enables to detect the early changes connected with cervix cancer.

‘Less than a half of women belonging to National Breast Cancer Screening Programme made a free mammography test – says dr Małgorzata Cymerman from LUX MED Diagnostyka – We encourage women to make a preventive test at the range of breast cancer, because it’s the most frequent carcinoma among Polish woman’. The programme covers all woman aged from 50 to 69.

We also invite to make a diagnosis test women, who are 40 – 49 and 70 – 75. These tests need the doctor’s referral and are financed by Norway Grants.

We encourage to take this opportunity and make a free mammography test in LUX MED Diagnostyka. We make tests in mobile vehicles and also in health clinics. You can get to know the tests terms, please contact us on 58 666 24 44.
